    1. Has my order been received?

      If you still did not receive your order confirmation, please feel free to contact our customer service team under following number: 00800 43 12 43 12. (Calls from landlines are subject to local rates, calls from mobile phone may vary in price (dependant on your provider).)

    2. Status quo for delivery of your order via DHL:

      With regard to the current situation, your package will reach you within 5 - 7 working days. To minimize the risk of infection, the signature of the recipient is dispensed with when handing over parcels and when handing over registered mail. Alternatively, a storage location or a packing station can be addressed for reception. For more information, click here.

    3. How can i enter a promotion code?

      Please enter the promotion code on the shopping cart page in the field provided under the products that you wish to order. The promotion code and price reduction will now appear in the shopping cart. Only one promotion code per order is allowed. Some codes have a limited validity. If the promotional code is not working, please check whether the code has already been used or if its validity has expired. Please note that, due to technical reasons, it is not possible to fill in any promotion codes after the transmission of the order.

    1. Will the delivery times remain the same?

      We continue to strive to get your package ready for dispatch as quickly as possible and to hand it over to DHL. Please note that due to the currently increased order volume, your order may not leave our warehouse on the same day.

    2. Do you continue to ship to countries like Italy?

      We continue to ship as before. If it is not possible to ship to your country, we will inform you here. But we are sorry, that currently we are not shipping to spain.

    3. Do the usual exchange conditions currently apply?

      The same conditions apply as usual. Exchange for USA is excluded.

    4. How and when can I return a product?

      You can return all items bought in the BUFFALO online shop within 30 days of receipt. For quick processing of your returns, please fill out the enclosed returns form and send it to the following address:
