Cinnamon Stars
Ingredients:
250g Icing Sugar,
3 Egg Whites,
Salt,
2 Tbs Cinnamon,
350g ground almonds,
Baking paper,
Cling film
Instructions:
Add icing sugar, eggwhites and salt in a bowl. Mix until a creamy, thick mixture develops. Incorporate Cinnamon and Almonds into the mixture. Store the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes before cutting it into star shapes. Bake at 125°C for about 15 minutes.
