By entering the raffle, the participant accepts the following conditions of participation:
1. Organiser
1.1 The Meet & Greet Lisa & Lena raffle is organised by Buffalo Boots GmbH, Schanzenstrasse 41, 51063 Cologne, Germany. County Court Cologne HRB 94621; VAT No.: DE113832947.
2. Period of Participation
The raffle Meet&Greet Lisa&Lena starts 27 November at 10:00 am and ends 15 December 2019 at 11:59 pm.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Participants in the raffle are only persons over 18 years. Participants under the age of 18 require the consent of their guardians to participate.
3.2 Employees of the company Buffalo Boots GmbH and their dependents, as well as employees and dependents of affiliated companies, are not eligible.
3.3 Participation is only possible through the online shop of Buffalo.
4. Prizes
4.1 Buffalo will give away a Meet&Greet with Lisa&Lena in the USA for the time frame between January and March 2020 (including arrival and departure in the USA in Economy Class) and overnight stay (double room for the winner plus one) .
4.2 The Meet&Greet will take place in a city in the US and will be announced soon. Buffalo reserves the right to cancel the trip, if need be, without any claim to a re-placement or any monetary refund.
4.3 Cash payment of the prize is not possible.
4.4 The winner may choose a plus one for the event, for whom the relevant regula-tions of the conditions of participation apply accordingly.
4.5 The winner and their plus one agree that Buffalo will take pictures and make videos of them (winner and companion) at the Meet & Greet, which Buffalo will use on its social media platforms for advertising and documentation purposes.
5. Participation
5.1 All those who choose and buy a shoe in the Buffalo online store from the "Buffalo x J1MO71" between 27 November and 15 December 2019 and confirm the raffle participation in the check-out can participate in it.
5.2 Shoes that are not part of the “Buffalo x J1MO71” collaboration are excluded from the participation.
5.3. Multiple participations are possible.
5.4 Participation deadline is 15 December 2019 (11:59 pm).
6. Determination of winners
6.1. The winner will be determined by lottery after the closing date.
In total, 1 winner will be determined who may invite a plus one.
6.2 The winner will be informed about the prize until 23 December 2019 and asked for their contact details. The winner and their plus one will receive the travel docu-ments by e-mail from Buffalo. These must be independently printed by the winner and their plus one and presented during the trip.
6.3 The winner is independently responsible for ensuring that they meet the re-quirements for participation, including entry to the Meet&Greet venue (such as val-id travel documents, visas) and conditions of transportation (e.g. airlines'). Should a participant end or cancel the trip prematurely for reasons for which the organiser is not responsible, any (additional) costs associated therewith shall be borne by the participant. In the event of loss of the planned trip or no-show, no compensation will be provided in any respect.
6.4 If a participant is prevented from participating in the Meet & Greet, they are re-quired to notify it, the Meet&Greet, in a timely manner so that, at best, a replace-ment winner can be determined. This must take place at least 2 days prior to the event.
7. Liability
Buffalo is constantly striving to provide accurate and up-to-date information. De-spite the greatest care, no guarantee is given for the correctness and completeness of the contents of the websites listed and/or these conditions of participation.
8. Cancellation
Buffalo reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time without notice for important reasons. The competition may be terminated for good cause if, for tech-nical, legal or artist restraining reasons, it is no longer possible to guarantee that the competition will be carried out properly.

In the case of participation in the raffle, the provision of your personal data is nec-essary in order to grant you the right of first refusal if you win, which would not otherwise be possible.
There is no automated decision-making regarding the analysis of personal data.
10. Final provisions
10.1. Buffalo doesn’t take any responsibility for the loss of data, especially on the way of data transmission or any other technical defect beyond its control. Liability in accordance with the provisions of the DSGVO remains unaffected.
10.2. German law shall apply to these Conditions of Participation. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
10.4. Taking legal action is excluded.
