Delivery time for standard deliveries within the EU usually takes up to 8 working days. When using the pre-payment method this time period starts once the payment has been received.
Orders above 75€ are free. From an order value of € 74.99, shipping costs of € 4.99 are incurred.

US-Shipping: Shipping with UPS, prices will be calculated during order process regarding quantity and weight. Duties and local taxes can occur and are not included in the overall shipping costs. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
As soon as we have handed over your package to our logistician, we will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number including a tracking link by email.

In addition, you can find your shipment number in your customer account at any time.

Guest order: If you have placed your order as a guest, you can see the status of your order via the link in the order confirmation email or by entering your order number, your email address and postal code in the login area.
If the DHL carrier does not find you at home, he will leave a note in your mailbox to let you know where your package can be picked up. Sometimes the package will be left with a neighbour.

Only one delivery attempt will be made with a standard delivery. If the carrier does not meet you at home, he will either leave it with a neighbour or bring it to the nearest post office. After 7 working days it will be returned to BUFFALO.
We deliver to all countries in die EU (except Malta, Cyprus, Croatia, Greece and Romania) UK and the USA.
Due to Brexit regulations we needed to implement a subtotal minimum basket value threshold of 170€ (without shipping costs) so we can finally offer you shipping to the United Kingdom again. You can find more detailed information from the UK government regarding the mentioned threshold here. Please note that all orders will be tax free in the online shop so no taxes, duties or import fees will be calculated at the checkout. Applicable custom fees will be paid from the customer. For security reasons it is unfortunately not possible for us to change your delivery address after you have already completed your order.
If you are not there to receive your package, our delivery partner will leave you a notification with the information when a new delivery will take place or where you can pick up your package
