Do I need a customer account to order?
At BUFFALO, you can conveniently place an order as a guest. However, creating an account offers many benefits: easy access to order information and history, as well as faster checkout without re-entering your information and you can also save your wish list so you don't lose your favorites. As a guest, you can track your order using the order number and email address.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
Click on 'Forgot Password' in the login area and request a new password using your registered email address. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.
