Shipping Costs

Shipping costs within Germany are 4,99 Euro. From  50 Euros orders are  free shipping.

Shipping outside of Germany:
  • EU: UPS Standard
  • outside EU: UPS Express

Please note: UPS shipping costs are calculated according to quantity, weight and delivery location during the order and are visible in the shopping cart.
Shipping Time

The shipment of the goods is usually on the day of receipt of payment, a shipping confirmation will be sent via e-mail as soon as the goods have been delivered to the shipping partner.

Delivery Time:
  • Germany: currently 3-5 working days
  • International: currently 5-8 working days

Should we, through no fault of our own and for the reason that our supplier does not fulfill his contractual obligations, not be able to deliver your ordered goods, we expressly reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.

Please note that during promotional periods, delivery may take longer than usual.
Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to adjust orders afterwards. I.e., no items can be exchanged, discount codes added, sizes changed or addresses corrected. You can return the package to us after receiving it. We will refund the money as soon as possible after receiving the goods. However, you are welcome to place the order again with the correct data and the desired item, provided that it is displayed as available in the online store.

A complete cancellation of the order afterwards is usually not possible either. Unless you have selected the payment method  Prepayment (Bank transfer). For this, please contact our customer service immediately after completing your order.
Will I get a return label?

All customers within Germany will receive a return label with their shipment. If you are not from Germany, the direct shipping costs, as stated in the terms and conditions, must unfortunately be borne by you. Please send us the goods to:

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to make direct changes. We refund the amounts after receipt of the goods as soon as possible. However, you are welcome to order the desired item again, provided that it is displayed as available in the online store.
Choose the real ones - How do I recognize authorized BUFFALO offers?

Unfortunately, we have recently observed that more and more fraudulent online stores offer BUFFALO goods. In these shops, orders and payments are accepted, but the customer never receives the goods. The operators of such stores can usually neither be identified nor prosecuted. Unfortunately, the loss remains with the customer. Avoid the fraud by recognizing the original Buffalo models - especially the genuine Buffalo Classics. The following applies here: BUFFALO items are sold exclusively by BUFFALO and authorized retail partners. Websites and online stores with dubious URLs and heavily discounted Buffalo Classics should be carefully checked in advance, as they are usually excluded from discount promotions. If the store in question does not have an imprint or has inconsistent information in the AGB/ Terms & Conditions section, a purchase is not advisable in any case. BUFFALO customer service can of course be contacted at any time with questions and uncertainties regarding the authenticity of the offer.
Can I change/cancel items after I've ordered?

Shipping restriction because of BREXIT?

Due to Brexit regulations we had to introduce a shopping cart minimum order limit of 170€ (excluding shipping costs) so that we can finally offer shipping to the UK again. Detailed information from the UK government on the above threshold can be found here. Please note that all orders in the online store are tax-free, so no taxes, duties or import fees will be charged at checkout. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Can I have my package delivered to another address?

You may provide a delivery address different from your billing address when you place your order if you do not want your order delivered to you.
  • For security reasons, it is unfortunately not possible for us to change your shipping address after you have already completed your order.
  • If you are not present to receive your package, our delivery partner will leave you a message with information on when the next delivery will be made or where you can pick up your package.
How does the return process work?

You can return all items that you have purchased in the BUFFALO online store to us within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

In order for us to be able to process your return as quickly as possible, it is necessary to observe the following points when returning the goods:
  • Please return the goods to us in the original packaging.
  • For a free and fast processing of your return, please fill out the return form and use the return label included with your order.
  • If you do not find a return label in your package, please contact our customer service üvia our  Contact Form.
  • Please note that the items can only be returned in their original condition and must not show any signs of use.
  • The same conditions apply to reduced goods.
  • Please be sure to keep the parcel receipt until the return shipment has been fully processed.

How does the return process work with Klarna?

The essentials about returns with Klarna:
  • If you wish to return some or all of the items in your order, please expect up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your shipment to arrive back at our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive your return.
  • Klarna will send you your invoice by email as soon as your order has been shipped. Please pay attention to the invoice deadline that is stated on your invoice. Klarna invoices are due 14 days after you have received your invoice. Your legal right of withdrawal and the BUFFALO return policy remain unaffected by this period. You only pay for the items you actually keep.
  • If you have just returned one or more items and the end of the billing period is approaching, we recommend that you register the return in the Klarna portal. If you have any questions, please contact Klarna customer service. Please note that BUFFALO customer service cannot extend your invoice deadline.
  • Please remember, to always get a proof of delivery and keep it safe!
Right Of Withdrawal

You can return all items that you have purchased in the BUFFALO online store to us within 14 days after receipt of the goods. We bear the cost of returning the goods.

Conditions for purchase on account with Klarna

You must be at least 18 years old to use Klarna as a payment method. The billing address must be the same as your registered address. The maximum allowed purchase amount on Klarna invoice is determined by Klarna with the help of a credit check and varies individually. If your purchase fails, you may be able to try again with a lower amount.

Instructions in 5 simple steps Paying with Klarna is very simple - and here's how it works:

Step 1: Select Klarna as payment method and enter your billing and shipping information. Your shipping address may differ from your billing and registration address.

Step 2: Klarna then performs an identity and credit check and verifies your information, this takes a few seconds.

Step 3: Once your information is verified and your order is authorized, we will send you an order confirmation by email. Your order will then be forwarded to our warehouse for processing.

Step 4: Once your order has been shipped, Klarna will send your invoice to the email address you provided when placing your order. You have 14 days from the invoice date to pay for your order. All payment information is provided on the invoice. Please indicate the reason for payment on the invoice, so that your payment can be assigned.

Step 5: Keep an eye on the status of your invoice via the Klarna portal. You can see when your invoice is due in the email you receive from Klarna.
Credit Card Payment

We accept the following credit cards:

  • Mastercard

Of course, we will not charge your credit card account until we have shipped your order. The maximum purchase price is €900.
Payment by instant bank transfer

You do not need to register or have a credit card to use this payment method. Pay easily and securely with your online bank account. All you need to do is enter your online account details (Access Data/PIN) and a TAN number to confirm your order.

The maximum purchase price here is €900.

Immediately after sending your order, a secure payment form from Sofortüberweisung.de will open where you can set up a transfer to your online banking account. After you have checked and sent your data, the invoice amount will be transferred to our bank account immediately and in real time. This way your order can be processed immediately and shipped to you faster.

Occasionally there are problems with the popup blocker of different browsers, because you will be redirected to the website of Sofortüberweisung. In case of problems please allow popups for www.buffalo-boots.com.

Prepayment

If you pay in advance, you will receive our bank details in the order confirmation. As soon as the payment has been booked, the order will be shipped on the same day.

Attention: If you have completed your order via Klarna, please transfer the outstanding amount within 30 days directly to the bank details provided by Klarna.

Please note that when transferring payments between different banks, it may take up to 3 business days for the payment to be credited to our account.
Payment with PayPal

You can pay securely and easily via PayPal. The maximum purchase price is 900 €. At the end of the order process you will be redirected to PayPal. In case of a return, the corresponding value of goods will be credited back to your PayPal account.

If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your account data and process the payment.

You don't have a PayPal account yet?

Then you can sign in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
Why was my returned item only partially refunded after I used a discount code?

If you have used a discount code that gives you a certain discount (e.g. 15€ discount via the newsletter birthday promotion), this discount will be taken into account when refunding the amount of your returned items.

An example to clarify: You buy 1 item for 20 € and 1 item for 80 €. The total purchase value is 100 €. You use your discount code that gives you 15 € discount on a purchase of at least 75 €. Then you send back the item worth 20 €. The discount will be calculated on both items and you will receive a discount on each item proportional to the amount of that item. In this case 3 € discount on the item of 20 € and 12 € discount on the item of 80 € - total 15 € discount on your entire order. The refund you receive will only apply to the price of the returned item minus the discount amount. So in this case the refund is only 17 € (20 € - 3 € discount).

If you return an item, you are not entitled to a refund of the discount amount, also not in the form of a gift certificate or a new discount code.
Why is my coupon code not valid for certain items?

BUFFALO reserves the right to exclude certain items from discount promotions. This means that voucher codes cannot be applied to certain items.
